it happens because of hormonal changes
so to stable it , have Healthy and nutritious diet
keep your self well hydrated.
avoid taking stress
you can apply mixture of coconut oil and two drops of rosemary oil , twice in a week.
use mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder for washing your hair.
