Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor .
As the first line of treatment you can give steavcm inhalation which would be helpful .
Cough Syp should bve given only after a proper evaltuation .

please give luke warm water for drinking
please give daily sun light exposure
you can give gentle massage on chest and limbs with Babyhug rapid relief rub
please give easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc
