You First decide which Mail do you want to introduce your child on permanent basis cows buffaloes full cream packet milk whatever you getting at your home so start replacing your van breastfeeding with that milk in a day then after 2 to 3 days replace to breastfeed with supplementary bill and so on this way your body will also stop making breastfeeding and your child will also with breastfeeding gradually
