A. whenever you introduce food for the child and it is causing constipation you have to stop that particular food which is causing such problems and try to give food which is more rich in fibre and has got plenty of fluids. it is important to add papaya in the diet whtich will help in decreasing this problem and also at the same time see that you are not giving any new orutside milk which is again known to cause constipation Medicine is to be given only if constructed by the doctor after examination.

A. Baby food. If your baby is eating solid foods, try pureed peas or prunes, which contain more fiber than other fruits and vegetables.
