Have good fluid intake
have a balanced healthy diet especially intake of Beta carotene rich fruits and vegetables, good fat and vitamin e from flax seed, pumpkin seed. walnut, almond, wheat germ, fish
However stretch mark may fade but not completely disappear.
take them as a souvenir from the life changing experience of being a mother.
