#AskTheExpert how to potty train my child in Indian system ? he doesn't sit in one place for half minute also...how to make him sit at one place ? He keeps on playing with his own urine n potty !!

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Potty Training can be started after the age of 2 yrs.for this you need to develop a conditioned reflex in the child by fixing a particular time regularly in which the child should be sitted over the potty seat .do not force the child instead make it a playful activity and not to make the child repulsive about it.slowly the bs child will learn to indicate before the time.

bht if you find her hyper active then please reduce her screen time
please spwnd your time with her
reduce her intake of salt sugar and packaged food , maida
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered
