Start home based cereals based pulses enriched energy dens food in between fruit and vegetables, begin with mashed ripped banana one sitting continue for 2 to 3 days, if baby digested it well then introduce another new food like apple puree, over cooked rice, khichri in morning and switch banana in evening.
Gradually baby will be on 3 to 4 semisolid diet in a day.

yes it is hard to balance .
but as Baby is too young ,if possible please avoid work outside.
your child needs you more.
but if it is necessary , I advise to take help from your family member to look after your child.
after coming from office ,spend quality time with your child.
