Dear ma’am, you can give home made cerelac, puréed banana, papaya, avocado, water melon, boiled and mashed carrots, sweet potato etc introduce one new food at a time. You can give two solid feeds and rest of the time continue breastfeeding. Avoid salt and sugar till one year
