Baby will be cranky, check the gums if swollen, loss of appetite, baby will try to chew or put everything in mouth, loose motions or sometimes fever. These are the few symptoms of teething. Give your baby silicone teethers or water filled cold teethers, press the gums very gently with clean cotton cloth to soothe the gums.
