you can give variety of homecooked foods to her and avoid packed, processed and junk foods.
include banana, chikko, potato, sprouts and pulses, milk, paneer, milk shakes, nuts and dried fruits, porridge, stuffed roti or paratha, rice and daliya recipes with veggies, variety of fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, panacke, chila, stuffed idli, dosa, egg, chicken and fish if non-vegetarian etc and use ghee in meal preparations.
feed her on regular intervals after 2 hours
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

if your child is happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about this matter
please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
