Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. if a child turns Mouth while feeding , he or she seems in playful mood , seems happy and relaxed after taking food ,it means that he or she is full.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi to increase your child weight ,you should offer homemade healthy food and breastfeeding too give food like boiled potato , sweet potato, banana , chickpea, rice ,sago kanji etc feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well.
