A. Hi To lose fat , you need to do this 1. Start with exercise (walking or strength training daily) 2. Avoid sugar, sweets, bakery products, chips, chocolates junk foods, fried foods 3. Include lean protein like skim milk, egg whites, pulses sprouts curd, low fat paneer along with Vegetables, fruits, nuts
