Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. A mother should eat healthy for the baby to put on healthy weight. Empty one breast before switching on to the next breast as the milk that comes towards the end is called hind milk, which is rich in fat. This will help in weight gain. Massage your baby with Dabur Lal Tail as it also helps in weight gain. Burp the baby during and after each feed. Always feed the baby in an upright position.
