A. Hai good morning !! Include protein rich,calorie rich foods ,good fat foods for weight gain. Banana,mango,potato,ghee,cheese,butter, curd,paneer,nuts,seeds,idly,dals(pulses& legumes) ,kichdi,egg,meat in regular diet helps in weight gain. Include Egg as omlet , scrambled or boiled egg or meat ; one banana ,nuts ,paneer,tofu daily diet helps in weight gain fastly.
