Kids at this age are choosy or picky eater ..
Give them variety in food
Foods like milk, paneer, curd, eggs, soya, sprouts, daal, oats, ragi, dry fruits, green vegetables, fruits like avacado, banana, apple, cheese, ghee, butter helps in weight gain .. include above mentioned food in their routine with some twist and attractive presentations
Reduce the intake of chips chocolate biscuits sugary drinks to once or twice a week as they suppress the hunger

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, since your baby is three years old you can give all type of food which you prepare at home. Always give food in smaller quantity and in smaller intervals. Include buttermilk in every day drink which helps in improving good intestinal bacteria which interns helps in improving appetite. Give lukewarm water to drink after feeding anything. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of pulses, veggies, fruits in a week.
