Vaishali TanwarMom of a 8 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi,Exclusive Brestfeeding should be done till 6 months of age. All the nutritional requirements of the baby are met by the breastmilk. Mother must consume healthy diet, in order to provide healthy diet to your baby through breastfeed. Whatever mother eats have impact on baby health.
