A. hello you can feed the baby either in a sleeping position or sitti g position also which. is safe and not a problem and you can choose the position which your baby is comfortable not a problem but make sure the baby is getting sufficient breast milk of not give infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
