ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Start by offering small amounts of solids once a day.. preffer day time to feed. Follow three day rule. Give Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge. Give vegetable n fruit puree.
