#asktheexpert How to ensure that the head of new born baby is kept straight and not bend towards sideways?

A. my twin babies are 7 weeks old.. while they lie on the bed there head obviously is always sideways.. because of which we are seeing the head getting straighten up a little.. we checked with our paediatric but he said no pillow or support till they get 2.5 kgs.. they were born prematurely and are currently weighing 2.2 and 1.7 kgs respectively.. kindly suggest

A. does not require any type of treatment because the muscles relax with increasing age of the child and will see that by 2 to 3 months it should become totally normal
