Show that you are enjoying your food and finish it to make your kid do the same. Take meals on the dinner table and avoid any kind of distractions during mealtimes. Create some fun with food. Serve fruits in an unusual manner. If your kid does not like eating fruits in raw form, serve fresh fruit juices and milkshakes instead. Add a scoop of his favourite ice cream over banana. Make a nice veggie salad and add salad dressing and low fat mayo in good amount. Everyday exercise works on your kid's metabolism and thus makes him feel hungry. Offer colourful foods on colourful plates and in quirky bowls and cut foods into different shapes using food cutters.
