#asktheexpert How to change baby's sleeping cycle,? My one year old sleeps only after 12 @ night.

A. the baby is more than one year of age is the baby is not sleeping properly during night times and sleeping more during day time there is no need to interfere otherwise you can give hot water bath the baby in the evening and glass full of milk before bed
