Q.

#AskTheExpert how to avoid mother feeding as my daughter age is 3 Years. we are trying so hard but not at all happening she is crying so much if we try to avoid so kindly help me.

A. Try to soothe her by rubbing her back, cuddling her. Since she is old enough try to explain her that since she has grown up ur supply has stopped and you cannot feed any more but can cuddle her and comfort her whenever she wakes up in between sleep in a child friendly manner. Or try letting her sleep with her dad. You can also setup a reward system and keep her encouraging. But never give up seeing her meltdowns. You will never be able to stop then.
