#Asktheexpert how much time it will take to heal inner stitches completely and when should I start my yoga practice and exercises?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well it takes almost six montgs for tge inner stitched to heal.so try to just see that you do jot exercise till then.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily
