Some amount of gaseous trouble and colic pain will be there even after all medicine or proper burping . This will be normal as baby grow . Gastica drop can be given 3 times and meftal spas drop for pain .

ensure the baby is getting sufficient amount of milk takes feed well..
the best way to put the baby sleep give good massage before bed..
