AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom As ur baby is 7 months old, u can give solids 2-3 times in a day. U can give cerelac, khichdi, ripe banana, apple puree, raagi porridge, pumpkin puree, mashed rice etc. Take care and all the best
