A. Hello dear parent! Above one year there are no food restrictions as such for babies. Include all food groups in your child’s diet. Give 3 large portions and 2 small snacks in a day. Limit the milk intake to maximum of 500ml per day to ensure better nutrition from healthy solids. Good luck and take care.
