frankly telling you that if a child is looking happy and active , gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones, showing no discomfort ,there isn't any need of extra medicines.
just feed your child on demand.
burp your baby well after each feeding
give Massage to your child regularly
give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner.
