#asktheexpert how long will it take for the umbrical cord wound to get healed for newborn? is there any home remedies or medicine available for the newborn to get it healed

after birth usually the umbilical cord dries up within 10 to 12 days after which the stub will fall of until that time you are required to avoid giving massage keep the area clean and If in case of any bleeding from that site you need to check with your doctor
