#AskTheExpert how long is it ok if 6 weeks baby doesn't pooo and why does baby spit up all milk before burping

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. baby spit up is because of reflux action and is common..
always burp after feed..
don't immediately put the baby on bed after feed..
keep the baby in burping position and gently rub the baby back for some time..
maintain gap between feeds..
