no need to do much.
just spend quality time with your child.
provide different exposures
provide calm and positive environment
encourage your child to ask questions.
give Healthy diet.
limit your child salt and sugar intake
keep your child well hydrated
practice yoga or mediation daily
give sunbath for 20 minutes a day
