#AskTheExpert how good is it to keep a new born on formula feed. wife has very sour nipples. very difficult to feed.

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, yes you can give formula milk to your baby. There is no problem at all. As your wife is able to breast feed the baby then she can try. Else consult with your gynaecologist for proper ointment to be applied on sore nipples.
So that baby doea not totally get dependant on formula milk. Good luck and take care
