place colorful toys around your child and encourage your child to roll over.
but please don't force your child.

as a child is 4 months old , mostly baby spend his time in feeding and sleeping.
but yes , during waking hours , cuddle your baby more.
talk with your baby.
make eye contact while talking.
give colorful rattles.
