#asktheexpert hlw Meri bitiya 18 months old h.. present female insecurity dekhte hue... hr wqt dr lgta h... Mai chahti hu ki is able physically strong ho ki khud ko safe rkh sake... kaise use is physical defense training me involve kru .... plz suggest

A. Hello, your baby girl is 17 months old and your concern about her safety is good so ask her daily exercise and admit her in militry school pr NCC cadet education

A. Hi, firstly give five meals in a day. Make a timetable so that you can cover all type of pulses veggies and fruits so that the baby get all the nutrients. Secondly take baby for walking or cycling and expose your baby to sunlight for about one hour in a day. Once the baby completes five years you can put the baby into any sports activity which will keep the baby fit. Even you can plan for swimming. Avoid outside snacks and outside food. Give home-made and fresh food which helps to keep your baby strong.Write Your Answer Here
