#AskTheExpert hlw mam...i m a mom of 3.2 year old daughter...from last few months my weight is continuously increasing...also my periods are not regular...when periods start it only last for 2 to 3 days...pls help me with some solution

A. they can name any problems related to your overweight that can be problems of hormonal imbalance which needs proper evaluation better you consult your local doctor once for advice in this regard
