Sir I would not recommend you to give medicine randomly to the child I’m just going to advise you that you should consult your doctor before you give any medicine for cough to the child as a child is too small which is why I think it’s not a good idea to give medicine to the child without your doctor reference let that doctor check the child and on that basis whatever medicine is suitable whether it is allergic cough for it’s an infection according to that the doctor can advise you with the right medicine to be given to your child in the currency Sana
