It’s high time that you quit breastfeeding I think it is not suiting you so you quit breastfeeding and also start taking calcium calcium multivitamin and I will supplement for at least a six month of a time because that is only going to build it healthy sent it to you and for your daily that you should consume put amount of protein is a dress wellWrite Your Answer Here
