A. Hello dear parent! Child’s body structure depends on the child’s genetic factors and hereditary. Nothing to worry as long as your child is active and healthy. Give 3 large portions of meals and 2 small snacks in a day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Keep your baby hydrated and physically active all day.
