Hello mom toddlers se expected hai to almost triple their birth weight by the age of 1 year and then it takes about 5 years to double that up, give him all usual family foods, and also you may add in some flavours to the milk and also use it in making kheer, porridge etc , also you can give milk products such as panner etc
