#AskTheExpert Hii mam, I hv very baad nipple crack and cut around nipples so please advise how to get fast recovery

PriyankaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. fast recovery after every feeding take a katori have salt + warm bath water somewhat at hot end , and dip the pain area in it.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi apply freshly expressed breastmilk or nipcare cream on it for time being ,use nipple shield like Babyhug nipple shield which help to prevent pain while feeding. wear loose fitting Cotton clothes
