A. Hi Try to attach reports along with the details. For poly cyst condition, try to exercise daily for atleast 45 minutes to. improve insulin resistance Add foods like sprouts, egg whites, pulses, curd, vegetables, salads in your diet to lose body weight Avoid sugar & junk foods completely
