you can include galactagogue like 1 tsp methi seeds with a glass of water, 1 tsp shatavari powder with a glass of water, or 1 tsp aliv / halim / garden cress seeds with a glass of water (avoid if thyroid issues)
you can also make laddos using this seeds, nuts, ghee.

More sucking leads to more milk
Take seasonal fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products cheese butter porridge ghee fenugreek ajwain to increase your milk supply
Also take lactogen tablet to increase your milk supply
