ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You can give hone made cerelac to the baby as it is much more healthy and nutritious and free of preservatives so prefer giving that only if baby accepts it well

best to give Homemade cerelac
initially ,give cerelac made up of mung dal and rice.
once baby accept it well , start adding other pulses like chana dal, urad dal, tuvar dal etc
