#AskTheExpert Hie doctor, my baby is 7 month old, I have started solids for her, but she is having very hard stools and she has to force to expel the stool. she passes stools daily but it's hard.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. common after stering new in diet .Tight stool are common at this age . You should give more of liquid like water and juices to baby along with green leafy vegetable and more fruits and fibrous diet .
