I use to feed my baby for a while, during hiccups and he too want some milk ath that moment. not more than 5 minutes. then hiccups will disappear. some people say not to feed during hiccups, some will suggest to feed. understand your baby behaviour, proceed accordingly.

There is no such remedy for the child it is going to start and stop on its own mostly if you want you can keep your child on the shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes gently at the back but actually there is no permanent solution to it is going to start and stop on its home
