#AskTheExpert hi ,. what kind of food can be given after stopping breastfeed.will it affect baby digestion?

Hello ma’am Your breast feed has got nothing to do with the digestion of the baby and there is no specific diet chart or diet plan that you change when you stop feeding the baby you can continue with whatever you been giving to your child from the age of six months and addition is if you eat nonveg you can introduce a chicken and fish and also Roti Paratha if you’re not giving till now you can give everything to your child there is no restriction to it
