Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. your history tells us that the child is suffering from viral fever and in viral fever you have to give only symptomatic treatment that is for fever have to give paracetamol(max 4 times per day if needed) and plenty of water to drdink and at least 60 to 70% of the regular diet and if the fever continues beyond 3 days then meet the doctor please do body sponge that is body wiping to decrease the body temperature with wet cotton cloth.

shreya goelMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello Mostly it is because of change in weather. If your babies temperature is more than 99° then you should definitely give Calpol drops to your baby and can repeat the medicine and every six hours. Gap of baby doesn't get relief. And still baby doesn't get to leave in next 24 hours then you should definitely consult with your doctor about it.
