Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. this is a pustular swelling.
there is pus accumulated beneath the swelling.
there is a possibility that you may require antibiotics to decrease the infection wxhich has caused formation of pus.
so kindly visit the doctor.
for pain you can give paracetamol as well as ibugesic if needed. if the swelling burst and pus comes out you can apply t bact cream
