#AskTheExpert Hi Sir, my sonnhas not yet started framing sentences or asking any questions nor doea he rwply back in sentences.. Is there is any medication that needs to be done now as he is almost 5yrs now.

A. it need to be seen . Any Near by physician or doctor should be consulted for proper examination and no any medicine should be taken by your own as it may harm due to any side effect .
