#AskTheExpert Hi sir my son vihan his age is 3yrs 2 months when he was growing he become very week we giving her all Type of food he have D3 vitamin deficiency plss suggest the healthy food

A. The best way to get your daily dose of vitamin D is by spending time out in the sun.  children should spend time outdoors with areas of their skin uncovered... morning sunlight is good. daily give vit d enrich food like cow milk, orange juice,oatmesl, mushrooms,tofu, orange juice, all dairy products, youghrt, Cheese, egg yolk, soymilk , cereals, fatty fish.
