#AskTheExpert Hi sir My son is now 9 month completed and have 7.5kg. I regularly giving him ragi kuruk. But nowadays he is not eating well. He started spitting. Is there any diet plan that I can give to him?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You can change the food and try giving suji kheer or suji Upma khichdi daliya rice porridge rice with dal and give well mashed foods to the baby and give water as well

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you can not follow any diet plan with specially upto age 3 years. So just give food in a gap of 3 to 4 hours and give in small portions only. Let baby eat as much as he wants to. Do not force feed. Good luck and take care
